"The Counter-A-SYST staff came to our location and adjusted the system so that every one of my associates could lift the marble countertop door with just a finger. Now the bartenders are able to move in and out of the bar with ease, and servers can do the same."

How to determine the correct size Counter-A-SYST (CAS) for your application:

Make sure to secure the thru bolt in the setup slot underneath the unit.
Mount the unit as shown using the setup slots.
Thru boliting with 1/4"-20 bolts is recommended.
Check to make sure the mounting surface is square to the countertop door. Mounting location must be structurally sound to hold the load and any movement of the Counter-A-SYST.
Mount countertop substrate as shown using the three setup slots.
Carefully place the countertop into the horizontal position and check for proper clearence and fit. Adjust as needed.
Once final positioning is determined go back and finish thru bolting both plates using the remaining holes provided.
With the countertop in the upright position, turn the adjustment bolt clockwise five full turns to tighten. When properly adjusted the countertop will remain stationary when released from any position. Repeat as necessary one full turn at a time until balanced.
